When I created bus lines in the city, parts of then were visible and parts not. It was very hard to understand where they were being laid down. Once placed, they would basically disappear making it hard to know where the existing ones are. I would expect bus lines to be visible and buildings semitransparent when in bus line placing mode. I would want to see where the existing ones are and be able to edit the routes but dragging them around.
