Maybe the buildings could incorporate parking lots in them. For example, apartments could get parking decks when they evolve and buildings you make could have more parking lots or they need you to build one near by. The university and highschool buildings always seemed weird for not having a parking lot.

Definitely and maybe the cars on the street affect traffic? That way there’s more of a point to the car parks? Also it would be cool to have accidents and stuff happen in high traffic areas like in simcity
